BRIEF: The customer reaches out to our sales team via our website, and receives a phone call or an opportunity to email their brief.

OVERVIEW: The client receives a confirmation email, detailing a summary of the project requirements.

2. CONTENT CREATION

EMAIL: Based on the project, a custom message and design are developed with the aim of directing the customer to take a necessary step, often referred to as a CTA (Call To Action).

LANDING PAGE: Within the email, a banner and link are added for users to gather more information. This is referred to as the landing page. As part of the process, we create a custom page to increase conversions.
