BRIEF: The customer reaches out to our sales team via our website, and receives a phone call or an opportunity to email their brief.

OVERVIEW: The client receives a confirmation email, detailing a summary of the project requirements.

SIGN UP: Once the client confirms that everything is in order, we send a sign-up link.

PLATFORM ACCESS: On signing up, the client receives access to the Goodman Lantern platform – and their own personalised section of the project management tool.

DEDICATED PM: The client receives a dedicated Project Manager.
STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT: Expert team members are assigned to the project and the relevant structure of the content is developed in partnership with the customer.

DATA DUMP: This is an internal process during which we insert our research with sources within the structure we have created.

Once the research is inserted in the document, the content team formats the grammar and develops a logical flow. The content is also checked for plagiarism, should it be used for marketing purposes or to be submitted to a client.
